Labor Policy

1. Do not use forced, bonded, indentured or involuntary labor.
2.   In order to protect the future productivity of the country and ensure the life and health of "child laborers", it is prohibited to employ child laborers under the age of 15 to engage in labor work.
3. Wages paid to employees comply with all applicable laws.
4. Treat and respect each employee fairly, and never treat employees in inhumane ways such as cruelty, insult, and abuse.
5. Ensure that employees are not subjected to any form of discrimination in employment, promotion, rewards, training, or other career opportunities based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnicity or nationality, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, union membership, veteran status, protected genetic information, or marital status.
6. Respect employees’ legally protected right to freedom of association, and allow them to freely form or join organizations in accordance with applicable laws, in order to promote harmonious labor relations and safeguard employee rights.
7. Provide a healthy and safe working environment, ensure the safety of women and night-shift workers, establish policies for the prevention of sexual harassment, and set up a dedicated complaint hotline and email, with information publicly announced and accessible to all employees.
